This Privacy Policy explains how L2 Endurance Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Rusty Painter and based in Columbia, South Carolina, collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit l2endurance.com or use our coaching services. By using our website or services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, sign up for a free plan, or purchase coaching, we may collect your name, email address, location or time zone, running background and goals, training history, and (for coaching) information about your injuries, health considerations, and medical history that you choose to share so we can coach you safely.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe through SureCart. We do not collect or store your full card details on our servers; that information is handled directly by Stripe under its own security and privacy terms.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and usage data, primarily through Google Analytics.
2. Sensitive Health Information
Some information you provide for coaching (such as injuries, medical clearance, or health conditions) is sensitive. We collect it only to provide safe, appropriate coaching, we treat it as confidential, and we never sell it. You control how much you share, though limited information may affect how safely we can coach you.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and personalize your coaching and training plans; communicate with you about your training and account; process payments and manage subscriptions; send you emails you have signed up for, such as the free plan series or coaching updates; operate, secure, and improve our website; and meet legal and accounting obligations.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business, including: Stripe (payment processing), SureCart (checkout and order management), MailerLite (email delivery), Final Surge (coaching and training-plan delivery), Google (website analytics, and Google Sheets/Drive where form responses may be stored), and our website hosting provider. Each of these processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
5. Email Communications
If you sign up for our free plan or newsletter, we send you related emails through MailerLite. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and we will stop sending marketing emails. We may still send you essential messages related to coaching you have purchased.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out tools. Disabling cookies may affect how the site works.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain records for legal and accounting purposes, and support you as a current or past client. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
8. Your Rights and Choices

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and our payment and platform providers use industry-standard security. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our site and emails may link to third-party sites and platforms. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
